Precept Wine Overview

Pros

Team members are truly passionate about wine and delivering above customers' expectations. Ideas are heard and often times implemented if a strong business case is made. Growth company with lots of opportunity in sales. Great place to gain experience and work across many different departments.

Cons

Office culture can be toxically negative. Compensation isn't transparent and no pay bands or parameters for various levels. Company tends to promote from within, which is great for upward mobility, but typically doesn't accompany an increase in base or bonus compensation.

Pros

Pros included the potential of the company to grow and lead the industry, access to wine and education (if actively pursued), and energetic peer coworkers

Cons

Cons included but weren't limited to lack of direction, a startup work load without the comp, and pretty high turnover.
