Deep mistrust among management, extreme micro-managing, hostile/bullying language/behavior, low pay in general and known lower pay for women, very few growth opportunities, high turnover in the labs, inefficiency and inexperience in project management, zero on-boarding for new hires

Not what it used to be prior to the Merger. One advice - run for the hills! They do not care about their employees, micromanagement, no work-life balance, favoritism in full display, back stabbing mentality and complete disregard for your experience and what you bring to the table. Additionally, titles were deduced to nothingness. They have lost great employees who went above and beyond for their company.
