Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

No direction, micro managers, disrespectful management , a lot of attitude from middle management. No team players. Mentors stab you in the back. No on-boarding. How about doing the job you are interviewed for? Management has your back. They are the first to stab you in it.

Pros

Honestly, nothing makes it worth it.

Cons

This is the most disorganized, unprofessional and stressful place I've ever seen! It's incredible how many qualities they lack to be called even half a decent company. There is no concern for employees, their capabilities or opinions. Everybody here is over worked at all times. You are expected to constantly be on top of things, juggle multiple projects at all times (even if it's more than what you can handle) and deal with unreasonable timelines. Therefore, setting yourself and the company up for failure. This apart, there is an immense amount of favoritism which is not at all subtle. Promotions, bonuses and pay hikes are given out like candy to the "favorites" irrespective of qualifications, degrees or level of knowledge in the field. Instead of working on improving the environment and fixing the various issues in the company, management spends their time micro managing employees and blaming them for the lack of success. All of this has led to high turnaround rates resulting in loss of many valuable and good employees.

Pros

None. Possibly better than retail.

Cons

Do your research. Precision has multiple names and locations on glassdoor, which is why some reviews are left on the wrong other pages that are less looked at. People leave left and right for better money and less stress. Constantly understaffed in a certain department. Always having to do double the work. Pay is equal to other departments that have little to do. They hang out while we get more added to our duties. It's clear management is about numbers regardless of who is left picking up the slack. Lateral movements vs moving up. Company wide technician morale is almost nonexistent. Smiles are only there for audits and management. Incompetent employees are not let go due to staff constraints, adding to the work. It's a constant loop of training new hires and wasting time
