Pros

In my 5+ years at Precision, I have worked with several different departments and have been promoted several times. Their promotion plan is published company-wide and lays out what needs to be done to advance - No guessing! Culture is very positive and I feel supported in my career. Casework can be very rewarding as we are helping those in need. If you are a hard worker this is a great place to make a career.

Cons

Resolution work is not for everyone, it is face-paced and challenging. Clients and the IRS can be very challenging.

Pros

This is a great place to work. The job itself is a fun challenge working with clients that are looking for help during difficult financial times. There is no better feeling than resolving and significantly reducing a large tax debt for a client you get to know over time. Everyone I work with is helpful and wants to see you to succeed. The environment is uplifting, positive and overall a great place to work. I feel that there is an open door policy from everyone to my Lead, to HR, and to upper management. There is clear communications on expectations with lots of opportunities for growth within the company.

Great team members and a lot of laughs

Cons

From day one you don't know if your job is safe. Made it hard to be comfortable in the job. They make it a point to embarrass you when they let you go by walking you out in front of everyone.
