Great atmosphere with caring employees. Very flexible. Competitive pay and benefits. Very easy to move up or over into new or higher positions.

Cons

No cons from my time here.

Pros

Scheduling with college - fairly flexible with classes when given enough notice

Cons

Supervisors- very poor interaction skills with the supervisors. Policies - redundant policies where you have no interaction with the client provided you're on the bottom floor. PTO - 2 days PTO as part time is laughable and not even worth mentioning. Not much better as full time. Wages - far lower than competitors within the same area. Minimal career opportunities - while you can advance, they typically add a whopping 50 cents per hour for advancing.
