Pros

- Wonderful co-workers, PCI truly feels like a family - Lot's of fun company activities and events - Tons of opportunities for advancement and growth - Facility is amazing

Cons

- Wages are not competitive - Benefits have improved but still need some work - Some managers have ended up in leadership positions just because they have been with the company for a long time, not based on leadership ability

Pros

Good company to work for. Really nice people. They're very flexible with schedules and most of the the Managers are competent. I would still be working for them except they closed the Texas Office and moved it to Las Vegas.

Cons

Hourly pay is a little lower than average and its hard to get a raise. The system they use to gauge performance is difficult, although they changed it last year and made it a little easier but smaller raises.
