Flexible hours, good PTO, and a teamwork approach for treatments, and a great treating staff to work with, direct deposit

Cons

Low hourly rates with no pay scale and poor yearly raises. Management only cares about productivity, assistants and registered have same productivity expectations. Want you to compete documentation point of service therefore unable to provide quality treatments because of those expectations.

I have worked in the therapy field for over 12 years and I haven’t found a better company to work for. PTS has a very flexible schedule to meet both professional and personal needs. PTS is always encouraging continued professional growth and education. PTS has a great student program to prepare the next generation of graduates for the health care field. PTS has a very dedicated and knowledgeable management team who go above and beyond to support their employees.
