As a new grad I was happy to hear preferred had a mentor program! It was helpful to me to be able to connect with a more experienced clinician in my own discipline as I learned the ropes. My Rehab Director was also very supportive of me as learned more about the setting, proper documentation and ways to be creative in my treatment approaches. I still have lots to learn, but feel very supported in my role!
