      The people doing the work are smart, capable, and motivated.

      Cons

      The executive team is very disconnected from employees and reality. Everything is a fire drill, and then the next day yesterday's fire drill won't matter to them anymore.

      After a decade of service I can tell you with confidence that the company does not care about the well-being of it's employees. No pros to share.

      Cons

      I was a leader at Premier and raised my concerns about their toxic culture at multiple occasions. My belief in the mission kept me at the company while I tried to urge them to renew their focus on people. Ultimately, their lust for profitability and internal politics pushed the company towards a system where "yes people" survived and victims of abuse were ignored. LGBT people, women, and people of color should think twice before applying. An "it is what it is" mentality reigns at Premier. I ultimately decided after 10 years that I could do better - save yourself the decade.
