Business Outlook
Pros
Time-off and Benefits are very good. The pay is not bad, but not top of the industry either. Yearly Bonuses are hit or miss depending on the overall performance of the company.
Cons
As the headline says - Outsourcing. In order to save some money, they have started to outsource development to contracting firms overseas. While I think this will help their bottom line in the short term, in the long term it will hurt them. The quality for outsourcing is never as good as local and the times to production are longer. I would guess this will come back on them in about 9 months to a year.
