      Good experience for people right out of college, good benefits (work from home, nice 401k match, vacation rolls over year to year, sports leagues, onsite fitness classes and activities), bonuses, good values (ethics and good mission)

      Cons

      Low base salaries, a lot of red tape and top town dictation, very siloed product and team structure, too many required meetings (all staff, dept., weekly team, weekly 1:1, and other miscellaneous), bad culture since IPO

      Pros

      Extremely organized intern program. HR dedicates a lot of time for intern development and growth. Encourage networking and meeting people outside of your department.

      Cons

      Some projects don't take the full 12 weeks for the internship so many interns have down time.

      Great culture, nice people, lots of perks, good salaries

      Recent acquisition of multiple companies has created a bit of an identity crisis, for a company that is still adjusting to being publicly traded. End result is a lot of trickle-down confusion, and no clear path as to strategy.
