      Pros

      Work culture encourages building relationship and collaboration across teams Benefits used to be really good but have slowly eroded over time. Health benefits are still very good.

      Cons

      Decisions making process is slow. As compared to available opportunities a far less innovation has happened with in Premier. Though Strict Regulatory compliance is one of the reason, there is also lack of forwarding looking leadership in few business units.

      Pros

      Co workers are great to work with. Was a pretty good company "focus on people' before going public. Forget about work/life balance. That has never been.

      Cons

      Pay was competitive before going public. Now not so much. Also taking away more and more benefits from employees. Not great about supplying the right computers/equipment to get the job done. Make due with what you got. They need to get back to their "core" values"

      Pros

      Overall, the people in this company are amazing. They are down to earth and a pleasure to work with. The company's mission and vision really motivates you especially if you want to create change in healthcare.

      Cons

      The biggest issue is execution. I don't think they have the right people in middle management to help grow this company to the next level. Also, the culture is changing.. they used to put their employees first but that seems to be fading now. It's more about the bottom line
