Cons
-Base pay tends to lag behind competitors in the industry -Upper management in some areas of the company (pharmacy for example) are out of touch with the lower levels of their respective departments. Directives are extremely vague and there is no organization to speak of. For example, reports created by lower level staff members are constantly requested by the department VP to be resent months after they were originally sent out. At other times, management will request an analysis be made and when it is finally completed, either forget that the analysis was requested or never use the analysis at all.
