Stop the toxic politics

Pros

You will learn a lot and be paid well with good benefits. The mission and values are good.

Cons

Work-life balance and values not seen in action. Upper management sets higher salaried workers up to fail so they can replace them with cheaper workers. HR supports tyrannical managers instead of the workers. If you are not good at brown nosing or BSing, you need not apply and even then be prepared to be burned out after a year. HR and top executives continue to advocate ruthless politics or look the other way.

Pros

Leadership is very driven and seeks to innovate at every corner. Benefits are on par or surpass those offered by competitors. Leadership has focused on increasing communication to employees.

Cons

Very poor work/life balance. Great visions and ideas are not executed properly and completely before moving on to the next big idea. Constant changes in direction make it hard for employees to stay current. Very little opportunity for growth and advancement in certain areas.

You will learn and adopt a lot of technologies Colleagues are very talented and they provide a lot of help to newbies The company is positive and supportive about the needs of employees with families (e.g. generous over giving leave to both parents if they have a new baby, flexible over hours to enable parents to pick up children from school, etc). Great Values

I dont have any complaint so far.
