Pros

Great people who want to make healthcare better. Strong values and culture. Great place for lifelong learners who want a challenging, exciting, and always changing organization. Good benefits, great wellness focus (just received healthiest employer award) and social responsibility program. Fun place to work.

Cons

Fast moving pace (which can actually be exciting). The workload can seem quite heavy given premier is very market and customer driven. the culture is exciting if you are passionate and hard working, but can be viewed as a con if you are only wanting a place to come work 9 to 5.

Premier's environment is one of genuine respect and excitement. You feel as though you are making a large contribution in their mission to improve the health of communities. There is a strong sense of camaraderie throughout the company and the company is always looking for fun activities for employees. Premier's salary scale is very competitive in the marketplace and the company offers great benefits that focus on the employee.

Cons

Premier is an active company on the move; you must be able to “shift gears” on a moment’s notice and be able to work autonomously on a comfortable level. Sometimes work-life can overlap, but Premier encourages employees to rectify this in the form of compensation or flex hours.
