      Pros

      Premier is transforming and trying to build strong products solutions for it's member hospitals and healthcare institutions. Very existing place to work.

      Cons

      - Need to be more competitive . Innovation is growing in health care and lot of companies are delivering products faster and capturing BIG DATA market. It's advantage of having healthcare data could vanish it it can't deliver faster. - Should focus on EMR data

      Pros

      Company truly wants to improve healthcare, and there are many caring people.

      Cons

      Senior leadership has no clue how to operate the parts of the company that are not consulting. Most leaders in major business units treat everything like a consulting engagement, so there are a lot of starts and stops with critical activities needed to run the business. Very little respect for areas of the business that have a need for process discipline.
