Was pretty easy process to get onboard. Pays weekly which helps and plenty of overtime

Cons

its a temp job hoping they keep me busy

Company is in a very strong position against competitors due to offering a wider range of services and solutions, through the ability to respond quickly to market changes and client demands. The company expansion has allowed a reduction in costs per hire through streamlined processes and bulk purchasing. Clients are drawn to the specialized offering of staffing solutions, such as executive search, temporary staffing, or industry-specific expertise. The recent acquisitions have provided greater visibility and reputation within the staffing industry due to the ability to meet varied client needs and attract a wider customer base.

Cons

Rapid growth and expansion can sometimes be hard to navigate in the beginning, however, in order to gain long-term success such strategic moves are necessary/vital.

Pros

New management, possibility of getting better… but so far not good

Cons

Recovering from a toxic work environment is real. I came in so confident and left with no voice it stripped every ounce of confidence I had out of me - no recognition ever! Worked for over two years no raise, no moving up if you don’t spread your legs. Everything they do is such a grey area. Losts of unprofessionalism and illegal activity. Don’t get involved
