Pros

There is a hierarchical structure at Premiere, but it does not impede from the free flow of ideas between all levels. Everyone is respectful of each other but also encouraging to grow.

Cons

The work/ life balance is a little in favor of work, but this is not to say with proper planning and advanced notice, the balance can not be achieved.
