Pros

Great employees, who are keeping the company barely treading water.

Cons

Premiere Networks has fallen victim to Clear Channel's lousy corporate management. It is the only profitable portion of Clear Channel's crumbling empire of radio. Lack of employee promotions in more the seven years, petty middle managers, and a stagnant business model that is not adapting quickly enough, will see it either sold off or absorbed into the rest of Clear Channel soon. Sadly, many talented people are wasting their time sticking around hoping it will get better and have not seen the writing on the wall.

Pros

Open communications from the top down. Wanting to go to work everyday changed my life. I was able to express my ideas and was rewarded with positive results.

Cons

Accounting department was under the corporate office in San Antonio, Tx. and in some instances did not quite understand the work environment of a southern California and so at times feathers were a bit ruffled.

Pros

Great people, who make working at Premiere tolerable.

Cons

Management only provides opportunities for advancement when forced to due to resignations. They provide very few opportunities for advancement at the middle management level. It is easy to hire at the entry level and pocket the salary difference. Long time employees have not seen raises or promotions in over 6 years. Clear Channel has made it very difficult for any real career growth. Best to avoid a sinking ship.
