      Future is bright for Premise. Clients are forward-thinking market leaders. Management not afraid to take risks technology wise. Distributed workforce makes large company seem small.

      Cons

      Outdated IT practices. Lack of support for employee-facing programs.

      Competitive compensation Availability of benefits Possibility of flexible work space Some opportunities for growth Knowledgeable leadership Growing company

      Cons

      Benefits could be improved tremendously PTO and maternity leave plans are lacking; no company paid maternity leave Work is not always aligned with client (ie casual days, holidays, etc)
