      Holiday pay and not much else

      Cons

      Terrible Management. Bad work life balance. Terrible health insurance. Cost almost $400 a month for PPO… yikes.

      Great support from the company, help with advancement. Competitive salary.

      Cons

      One is subject to the company's client's whims plus uninformed/bad judgement. Can make for a stressful job though no fault of your company.

      No Support in Pandemic

      pay is adequate. great education and connections with line of service

      Cons

      Very little support for employees during a worldwide pandemic. When other companies were creative with their employees who are able to work from home, Premise doubled down and provided zero support for working families with children at home.
