      Great place to work but always extremely busy during the Thanksgiving/Christmas Holidays

      Pros

      The benefits are the best I have ever had. The C suite cares about the employees and does act on most feedback. The CEO Stu, is truly an amazing individual who remembers employees and does not make you feel as if he is better than you. He loves to walk around when we are in the office and have little conversations and check ins with employees. He is very personable. The same could also be said about Shannon, Haden, and Liz. The pay is top notch and depending on your leader, you may have a very flexible schedule. I love that the C suite does not micromanage the managers and allows them to make the decisions that are appropriate for their teams and team members.

      Cons

      I have been there for several years and every year our workload becomes unmanageable during the holiday season. Almost every year I end up working late hours, during the holiday and/or weekends just to keep on track. The holiday season is already stressful but this adds so much more to that. I personally feel like I have hit a dead end in my position unless I want to be in leadership which I do not. I have grown so much in the years I have been at Premise but there is literally no where to go now except a management role.

      Not worth the money

      Pros

      High pay, had medical assistants

      Cons

      Long hours, frequent turnover, frequent management changes, unrealistic expectations (eg take appointments including annual physicals as well as walkins but wait time expectation was <10 mins door to provider). Work/life balance was bad and more responsibilities added all the time. RNs as clinic managers supervise NPs.

      Pros

      Fair wage. Make sure they are paying adequately for on call and after hours visits

      Cons

      Unreasonable demands/expectations by the contracting company and perpetuated by PH. Otherwise, please explain how at least 7 capable, professional, medical providers were terminated from the same contract in under 2yrs. Poorly executed policies....management "didn't know about" policies the employees were requesting be followed.
