Pay was good, HR was awful

Great nursing staff and (mostly) kind colleagues. Center manager was welcoming and was always available to discuss concerns.

Cons

Poor HR communication, poor interpersonal conflict resolution. I was fired without being given a reason after bringing concerns to management. I suspect retaliation. No previous discipline or corrective actions against me, just fired for “an incident” that HR was unable to disclose to me as I was walked out.
