Pros

the pay was decent but the sales quotas were impossible and you had to slave to meet them.

Cons

healthcare never came. inconsistent management, constant turnover because of the companys high expectations. I was sales leader for my team and miserable. Also the walmart staff was very hostile, and purposefully bullied premium employees, and also interfered with sales. very unprofessional! the worst!

Pros

It's a job. You get to take home a paycheck biweekly. 401k offering for employees. Regular emails about other job opportunities in the company.

Cons

Clear disregard for field staff. Obvious that it's about the money and holding the contract with the client. Benefits are not very good. For example: no vision coverage for a team that works with mobile devices. Lack of communication between PRS and client.
