Pros

Flexibility, hours can be good when they want to give them to you even overtime. Basically a side job now.

Cons

Won’t get hours or overtime promised when hired bonuses got cut

Make your own schedule, no weekends

Cons

No drive time pay Never accurate milage pay Sends you 45 minutes away for a 15 minute job. No one on one training

In regard to training, we currently invest heavily in employee development and training; however, we do agree there is always room for improvement.
