      Pros

      Some freedom in my schedule if I had reliable staffing.

      Cons

      45+ hours in store for $10k less than national average. Never have a day off to disconnect as you're constantly on the phone during you're days away from store. So many restrictions on PTO that I earned and saved. Did I mention, overworked and underpaid?

      Raises are non-existent. Compensation is the same no matter what project you were working on.
