The Culture Team works hard to foster a positive working environment and keep employees engaged, so we’re glad you agree. We understand it can be challenging to work remotely at times. That's why Premium's Culture Team works hard to come up with ways to keep our remote team members feel engaged. If you have suggestions on how we can improve, please submit your ideas via our feedback form. Thanks for being Premium!

Pros

intro district manager, pay is decent and they pay gas reimbursement. $0.67 per mile from your house to whatever store you go too,

Cons

No job stability. i was let go after 3 months with minimal training. No team comradery at all. its like high school. people just speak behind your back without addressing you in person. The job hosted a call that just said we are restructuring are we are closing several stores. they let go myself and another 60 managers in a random call at 8:15am. Noone was told about the call until 9-10pm the previous day. I had receive not 1 write up for anything but was told that i don't have a job effective immediately. They want employees to give 2 weeks notice but they give managers no heads up whats so ever. especially when they hired me full time not seasonal. They gave no reason.

Thanks for sharing your perspective with us! The expectation is that Wireless team members are provided schedules 10 days in advance of the week that is being scheduled. Also, we encourage a respectful workplace for all of our employees. We'd encourage you to reach out to review@premiumretail.com so that we can address them. We're sorry to hear you didn't feel supported during your time at Premium.
