Pros

When I started with Premium, it was a great company with an amazing culture. Lots of different programs and a great energy.

Cons

After the acquisition, the company culture changed greatly and so did a lot of procedures. HR became pretty much unavailable to employees and needs would require months of repeat requests with no response. The environment felt very toxic and the new leadership definitely prioritized dollars over humans. The few good leaders that were left are no longer there so no one there feels much like they care about employees. Tactics seem borderline unethical at this point and it is not a good place to be.
