Pros

- Great and reliable management - Set my own hours - Flexible - Definitely a learning curve that comes with the job, but once I understood, I was able to get a hold of it.

Cons

Nothing towards the job or company itself. A lot of the difficulties I had with the job came towards working with the actual stores themselves.

Flexible hours, able to schedule your days

Cons

Pay, few hours, some jobs are tedious and training is a joke. I received 2 hours of "training" walking through Walmart. When I was on my own, I had no clue what to do and had to figure it out as I went. The people in the stores don't want to be bothered with you to help you find your boxes. It's super annoying. The manager for Tampa, Management is super rude for no reason.
