Sixteen a hour pay. Competive Commission pay

Cons

If you leave good luck getting any payouts of your last paycheck or your commission. Your walmart employees will fight you on everything.

Schedule service orders around your schedule

Cons

Extremely low pay compared to similar companies. When you ask about a raise they say no and that they pay "industry standard."... Industry standard is currently $5 more per hour and generally pays travel time.

After doing extensive research, we believe our pay structure aligns with industry standards for similar roles and markets. That said, we are always reviewing wage data. Cons

Training was bumpy. The videos needed to flow to the next screen easily.
