Pros

You set your own hours, within reason, as long as you complete the job by the end date. If you need a day off you can just take it, no need to call in to tell anyone. Managers are are nice and understanding.

Cons

Pay is not good and this job can be tedious. A good relationship with the managers at a store is a necessity, this does take time, but prove yourself and show them that they can trust you.
