Pros

Work from home. At this point, that's it.

Cons

Dwindling benefits, reduced mileage reimbursement (down to .30 from .33, seriously? With the price of gas and car maintenance?), increased commute mileage deduction from 20 miles to 40 miles, reduced telecommunications expenses (from $100 to $25 a month), unrealistic demands on area managers- expecting 100% coverage in areas where staffing is challenging and they start reps between $11-$12 an hour. There's no incentive for them to drive outside their zones with the mileage policy and reimbursement rate. New FT employees have had their PTO accumulation cut by one week a year. Moved from a wfh to a hybrid model for most corporate positions, so unless you're near a major hub, you have no opportunity to advance.

Pros

Great work/life balance with a good amount of vacation.

Cons

Not enough pay or opportunity to advance career wise if working in the warehouse sector. That may have changed in recent years after I left.
