Pros

Fair share between individual work and team work. If you are able to go higher up the chain, there are some work from home opportunities. When given appropriate training, and more than basic knowledge of electronics AND puzzles (follow written instructions to build displays and be able to follow along with a road map), it is not too difficult. In the Zone Leader role, you are the one providing the training and it gives a great opportunity to teach best practices and how to model how to problem solve, which is a much needed skill right now.

Cons

The pay is not that great for all the traveling you have to do. It is VERY difficult, at least without a supportive Regional Manager, to move up the chain.
