      Pros

      like most merchandising jobs, you can usually 'set your own schedule'

      Cons

      BUT- they expect you to be available 7 days a week, lots of 2 day only jobs, sometimes one day only without notice, and they do not pay well- $10/hour, no mileage, no drive time, no admin- lots of 'dings' for perceived errors without explanation and affects pay etc - it is feast or famine for hours-

      Flexible scheduling, most rmm are good

      Politics. One manager trying to get at another manager/employees . favoritism I know of a employee that works with his name and wife name manager is aware of this this is illegal. Training sucks they tell you the work you do is all paid for so for Instant you have a 4hr Service order you get done in 2hr you should claim all of 4hr. But then you get in trouble if you do this. Hard for people with disability to work at this place ( disabilities as in trouble learning, have a misconception of what’s right and wrong ) there is more to it but those are the main disabilities I’m talking about. Most The employees I’ve encountered have problem with the way the company is ran.

      Very poor commutation couldn't get ahold of the district manager at the end or after for verification purposes don't reimburse gas expenses
