Great pay and great peo people to work with. i love being ova entire market.

Cons

Laid me off quick without notice.recruiters will not help you find another job either.even if you put time into this company.

About the only Pro is your independent work schedule

Cons

The cons are they are more worried about their pet project of Walmart and the people on the other side of Premium don't matter. They take on projects that are entirely too large for the company because they don't have the manpower to do large revisions. The pay is terrible for anybody of any quality. They have a star rating system that is based a lot on your pictures and they have people pictures grading pictures that I'm not sure they know what they're doing you'll do what's said in your instructions but they take off 25 points because your picture wasn't right even when he followed instructions.
