Pros
Mostly able to work at your own pace. Pretty good process for scheduling work.
Cons
The current person in charge of the area I worked was absolutely the biggest drawback / obstacle I had working for Premium. Poor motivational and people skills, along with a very condescending attitude. Many Rep's I have spoken with ( 5 to be exact) have quit because of this,all with many years experience ( average 7+) of working for Premium. Although merchandising can be a high turnover position you would think someone in upper Management would have realized that most employees with a company with that many years don't just up and leave for no good reason and that somebody would be trying to inquire as to why. Apparently Premium is not good at connecting the dots or seeing the common denominator,or just don't care.
