Regarding low pay, after doing extensive research, we believe our compensation aligns with industry standards. We also offer several opportunities for career growth within the company, including our Management Development Program, and encourage you to speak with your manager about advancing your career with Premium. As for mileage reimbursement, after reviewing industry standards, we believe our reimbursement rate is competitive. We appreciate and value your input as an employee.
