Pros

Meet alot of good people in stores you service. Alot of different things to learn.

Cons

This is only a good job if you have a good manager, if you don't it's just the opposite. Don't get use to staying in stores you like. They will pull you and put you were they won't to. Being managed from out of state is a big problem and not a long term solution. Your just a pawn on a chessboard. They don't care. If your looking for a good job merchandising it's definitely not this company. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

Pros

The one thing I liked the most about this company is the ability to make your own schedule and no one is really standing over you or micromanaging you - at first.

Cons

Some of the things I found misleading and irritating, honestly, are as follows: • say they’ll pay for your mileage to and from the job, but never state it’s only after you drive 40 miles • jobs have a time limit window they’re to be completed within, but some jobs take twice as long and that doesn’t account for any problems you may run into • there is computer training for these jobs they assign you but no hands on training which is extremely frustrating

Clueless

Pros

Mostly straight forward work goals.

Cons

There are very few qualified customers. Estimated sales average is about 5 phones a month! That means potentially half of the employees do not even get paid a commission. They don’t do anything, that I know of, to draw business and customers. Sales floor is in the back of Walmart. Employees are expected to hunt down unsuspecting grocery shoppers to come sign a cell phone contract. Managers have to hire new people constantly and will tell you that you’ll make $30hr after commission. It’s a sad lie.
