Pros

You can set your own schedule for each job within a certain timeframe

Cons

You’re not supposed to go over the 1-2 hours they give you to complete any given job. Sometimes it takes that long just to talk to a pic or manager

Pros

-Good company culture for the most part. -Some benefits even though your part-time. -Decent commission if you're in a high traffic ocation.

Cons

-Low commissions per sale. -Being forced to push back multiple times when a customer says no, so you are constantly having to annoy customers when they just came in to get a TV or a video game or something like that. - -Low hourly pay. -No medical benefits, no disability or any other insurance and or benefits, very low company match on 401k. -Training is inadequate. -Management is typically under qualified because so many people quit that they are basically just the last employee standing. -Only one discount for a wireless carrier and it is the lowest that I've seen at 17% off your bill.

Pros

Its easy to get hired

Cons

A terrible leadership team that is out of touch with their teams. In my time there I saw no less than 5 district managers turned over in less than a year. Lying to staff and making promises they can't keep. Cheating people out of money, time, commission, benefits you name it. Training for sales managers and sales reps is a joke. They are a "staffing" company meaning they will hire anyone with a pulse to work in the stores and companies foolish enough to have contracts with them. Untrained staff actively causing issues with customer accounts. The pay is a joke for the kind of work thus, why they actively hunt for under qualified or non-qualified staff. The world would be a better place if this company didn't exist.
