Pros

Premium offers a generous PTO plan. Hours are flexible. Lots of young adults in the office. Offers a free membership to a gym when attendance requirements are met.

Cons

Favoritism and Politics. Not all employees are treated equally. If you get in with the right PERSON, you will be treated better and offered more than other employees.

My time with Premium Retail Services has been phenomenal.

Pros

I started off with Premium over a year and a half ago as a merchandiser. I have since taken a job as a Samsung Product Sales Specialist (SPSS) within Premium. I have been doing that for over a year. The program is fantastic. The employess from workers to management have been wonderful. Training and support is always there. Pay is great compared to a lot of other 3rd party companies.

Cons

The Samsung Product Sales Specialist program is coming to an end.
