Pros

Premium is a great company to work for. Every Manager I know really seems to like what they do and care about everyone else in the company. In a world where most people are "numbers" at big companies, Premium tries very hard to be there for it's people.

Cons

Any retail job is challenging on occasion. Stores all have "rules" they would like followed. Learning to work with each location takes time to build that relationship.
