Pros

I love the flexibility with Premium. I have three kids and need something that allows me to be available for their various school activities and if they get sick. I can make my own schedule for the most part. I like being able to supervise myself though I have a great manager if I need help with anything. I have been with this company for over 10 years and would say that overall I am very happy with my position.

Cons

You have to be self-motivated. You are required to get your work done within a time frame and being late can result in a lack of work.

Little to no supervision, its a very easy job. Decent part time pay. Meet wide range of people.

Cons

Very easy job, if youre looking for a challenge, this job will destroy your self-esteem. No targets or quotas.
