Pros

set your own days and hours you want. You don't have to worry about managers down your back every minute of the day.

Cons

Lack of training, you go in to work knowing nothing. Managers are very unaware of your cause for even coming to their store, they pretty much deny your services. You have pretty much wasted time and gas not to mention printing and they don't' even pay you your mileage. Very unorganized merchandising company.

Scam at best!

Pros

Represent some great growing companies.

Cons

1. Not truthful about rates of pay. 2. Do not offer direct deposit. Employees must be paid by Comdata debit card and charged fees. I would bet Premium gets a nice kick back from Comdata on the fees collected. 3. They rate you with stars but, can not tell you the criteria for the ratings. 4. Try to get a question answered is next to impossible.

Pros

The hourly salary is decent and you are most of the time unsupervised. It is a great job for students since you work 20 hours a week.

Cons

I have being with Premium for 6 months. I have noticed that you are basically on your own because the lack of training. Not only does the company expects you to train yourself, but They assume that you have a computer, internet, smartphone and a printer which They do not give allowances. You may ask yourself, who in this day and age does not have either one of these things but one will be amazed.
