      Flexible work schedule Work from home and in your local markets Working with new consumer technology Excellent support from Client Account Directors and office personnel Fun store events!

      No direction from senior management Poor (no) leadership at executive level Senior leadership couldn't care less about the field reps or managers Untrained people being permitted to work No recognition from executive management No defined direction - do your best...get it wrong...do it again!

      very flexible schedule but to get hours need to work every weekend good pay gas and cell phone allowance work on your own

      Cons

      will tell you job is full time but that is only during holidays. They make sure you aren't full time long enough to get benefits. Contract position will end at anytime with no warning. management and job information hard to get a hold of

      Able to work around other commitments. Get assignments via computer. Meet local Managers/Store Owners

      Cons

      No training when it came to doing the Grocery store jobs. Need computer, printer, and Internet access. Dealing with irate local Managers/Store Owners. Not able to transfer job if moving to a new area. To many emails about jobs and job retractions.
