Pros

Flexibility in hours, works great around other projects/assignments/personal duties

Cons

Little to no respect for employees. Way too much printing required without any compensation. Unreasonable expectations-One client required a SD Card or 'clip' to be sent back to management after board changes. Management stated they didn't receive the 'clip'. The product was sent in the mail. Was informed, I would deducted $25.00 out of pay of a fault of U.S.P.S. When I protested this-never signed any paperwork agreeing to a $25.00 deduction, was threaten with the assignment being taken away. No Joke. Offered to do U.S.P.S. tracking with return receipt and kindly asked for them to pay for it. Was told a frank no, very rudely for this idea. Hours all over the place-I.E. When they 'need' you, they will schedule hours beyond belief. When they don't, employees are lucky to get hours of the gas to drive around from assignment to assignment. Have to fight tooth and nail for mileage and even then, they try their best not to pay it. Will wear your car out. There are better companies. Take this as a short-term job only and then, find something else and move on.

Pros

Meeting new people in new environments and performing a variety of merchandising activities. Premium, as a warehouse, does a pretty good job of sending lots of paperwork and field tools.

Cons

Management unavailable when needed. Spend lots of time and expense reviewing paperwork, driving to locations, completing paperwork, and printing enormous amounts of paperwork at home. Have been threatened regularly with "you will be fired if.......". Rarely hear a good word. Was informed that raises don't happen.
