      Magnificent company to work for.

      Pros

      I have been an employee with premium for 4 years. It is a national company so everytime I moved to a different state, I was able to keep my employment. There is also potential to move up with company.

      Cons

      Just with most retail companies the work is not always steady but I do have some work every week, even during holiday weeks.

      Pros

      Flex time, pay is on time

      Cons

      They will promise bonuses and not pay them out in a timely manner. They may change the policy on the bonus and then not let you know you are no longer in the running for it. Territory managers can require you to be in the stores for certain hours, so that it is no longer flex time.

      Pros

      Family company, flexible hours, promote from within. This is an amazing company to work for, I hope the salaries catch up with industry norms.

      Cons

      low pay compared to other companies, bonus pays out up to 6 months late.
