Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback and suggestions around our Training programs and team. While Premium ensures we have the best tools and processes in place, we recognize there is always room for improvement. Managers and departments are encouraged to create open lines of communication with their entire team and the company at large. We’re committed to constantly refining and strengthening collaboration at all levels of the organization and will continue to welcome feedback and opportunities to improve. In terms of how we reward hard-working employees, bonuses and raises vary greatly from program to program and are of course rewarded based on employee performance. We see that you’ve moved on from the company, but we again thank you for providing feedback.

Pros

Only pro I can think of is my fellow associates

Cons

Everything else. Management is unreliable and extremely difficult to get ahold of for anything, even something as serious as stealing. We had a massive issue of cash coming up missing, and our team leader has just quit, we were just left alone with no supervisor and trying to manage by ourselves, and the person who was taking the money was extremely obvious. I actually was able to witness this person stealing and contacted two different managers through text, phone call, and email providing all my evidence and nothing was done and the employee still works there today. Stuff like this happens ALL the time. They don’t care about you!!! I’m a full time, independent college student and this was my only job, when I get a phone call on my way to work with a lady telling me that “my employment with PR as of today is effectively discontinued” no explanation as to why, and turns out all my other associates received the same phone call. NO warning NO explanation NO pay for already scheduled shifts. Just a 30-second unemotional phone call saying sorry you’re fired with no notice or reason and hope you find another job within the next week so you can pay your bills. This company is a SCAM. Please do NOT work here. It messed up my life and forced me to have to borrow even more money to pay for my bills. I’m lucky I have family who can help me in a pinch, but other people aren’t so fortunate and have kids, bills, medical issues, etc. Evil company.
