      An ok company needs better program mangers its always a mess

      Pros

      Fun job working as Oculus rep, easy portal to work with, always new program's. Worth a shot at if your in need of a unstable job.

      Cons

      Poor management, people hired in certain programs had to be blind picked , mangers could not handle any situation, nor did they hire based on skill but based on friendship.

      Pros

      Loved being a Brand Ambassador for a Client Company. Managers were great, Proper training for Brand Ambassadors, company was good about compensating for travel... I had to drive a lot to train other BAs

      Cons

      Merchandising was terrible. The Managers at Client companies were rude, disorganized, and unprepared for services. PRS tells the Merchandiser to buy their own tools, use their phone/data constantly, and the pay was not worth all the time spent planning and travelling between clients.

      -Good pay -Full-time -Decent hours but were slowly deteriorating before leaving.

      Cons

      -Disorganized company -Zero performance feedback -Manager do not know most of the employees who work for them and their locations -Poor benefits
