Pros

Font have a lot to add except that you get some flexibility with your daily routine.

Cons

Require you to follow up on days off so you never really get a break. Micromanaged to death, Tons of last minute projects, Management is totally clueless.

You dont have a manger hounding down your neck, you get to meet new people

Cons

Horrible communication, they have horrible training, equipment takes months for you to even get to even demo it.
