Pros

Nothing good to say about this company.

Cons

Should have done more to research their sales pitch. Having sold phones in different environments including older verison of selling for Walmart. Premiums business model is the worst. They claim hour plus commission, that's crap. They say how easy it is to sell in store. That's crap. If you love those guys in the small kiosks hounding you at the mall. It's like that. They need to do better outside advertising that they sell phones. After 3 months selling before for walmart I never had to do over head announcements and averaged 10 a day. It was told to me you guys have been at certain location for a number of years and people still don't know you are their then it's your fault. I would see wireless sales plastered outside on the building. A few lawn signs. Even a table up front. Not scaring the living crap out of them while they are trying to shop. Also everything i learned how to do my job from the tutorials. Was disproven by my supervisor. My biggest grip about this place he would say stuff like don't sit down on the stools. When he sits down the first chance he gets and never gets up. When I told him twice I had back problems. He forgot that i told him that and yelled at me for sitting for 5 min every 30. All my supervisor did really know how to do is talk so loud it sounds like your yelling at me. Braiding me in the middle of the main isle for 30 minutes about I hadn't caught on. Even though after 4 work days I only worked 1 day and a half and only worked with him for max of 3 hours. I had such high hopes coming back to walmart but those dreams have officially died. Thanks Premium for killing my dreams.

Pros

Flexible work schedule , work independently

Cons

Hiring ex convicts that have not been rehabilitated or have been in the system so long they are not capable of blending in with society but fly just below radar to con thier way into a lead position where they Bully and intimidate the other employees, while conning the boss into believing that he is a reliable hardworking employee that has high work ethics and integrity, while he builds himself up by bashing the co workers

Thank you for the review. We’re thrilled to hear you enjoy the flexibility, supportive management, and the opportunity to stay active while learning new things. We understand that inconsistent hours and pay can be challenging. For part-time positions, recruiters make candidates aware that hours may fluctuate based on various factors, which is why Premium offers a great opportunity for flexibility and incremental income. We also encourage reps to speak with their manager if they’re able to take on more work. In terms of compensation, after doing extensive research, we believe our pay aligns with industry standards. However, we’re always open to feedback and continuously review our offerings to ensure we’re meeting the needs of our team. hank you for being a valued part of the Premium team!
